Reporting theft or loss of the computer

In order to report a computer as lost or stolen, you must have the information on this certificate, proof of purchase for Lojack For Laptops (e.g. sale receipt) and the information from your police report including: details on the event (where, when and how it happened) and details of the law enforcement agency involved (name of the agency, name of officer, file number).

Reinstalling Computrace LoJack for Laptops on a replacement or re-imaged computer

To Reinstall Computrace LoJack for Laptops on a re-imaged computer:
In order to reinstall Computrace LoJack for Laptops, you are NOT required to purchase the service again, Instead:
  1. Please login at http://www.LoJackforLaptops.com/ using your e-mail (greg@sallee.org) and your password.
  2. Once logged in, continue to the 'Account Management' section of the site, select the 'Install/Remove' option and re-install the Computrace LoJack for Laptops software.
To install Computrace LoJack for Laptops on a replacement computer:
In order to reinstall Computrace LoJack for Laptops, you are NOT required to purchase the service again, Instead:
  1. Please login at http://www.LoJackforLaptops.com/ using your e-mail (greg@sallee.org) and your password.
  2. Once logged in, continue to the 'Account Management' section of the site, select the 'Install/Remove' option and click the 'Transfer License to this computer' button.
  3. Update the details of the new computer in the 'Computer Identity' page and contine to install Computrace LoJack for Laptops software.

This license can be reprinted at any time.
